Elizabeth (aka Liz) here: unofficial solo living room dance competition champion and world’s biggest fan of sweet potato fries. But as important as I know those titles are to y’all, let me give you a bit more insight into me as a trainer and a person. I’m an acrylic mixed media artist, a mother of a supercool 9 year old daughter, and I’ve spent years teaching in early childhood and elementary classroom environments. All of these experiences have taught me not only how to effectively teach new information in the fitness realm, but they’ve also fostered within me a sense of patience, empathy, creativity, and a ‘no-nonsense’ approach to getting it done. I truly enjoy bringing that passion and creativity into developing programs for my clients, and getting to know them as people first and foremost. Effective training is multifaceted, and I can’t wait to explore all the elements of what makes you tick to help create a program designed for both your body and you as an individual human, quirks and all.
