Danny is hands down an amazing trainer. He is thorough, listens to my needs and goals and an all round outstanding professional. He is definitely not the typical gym workout/trainer. He understands how the body functions and all of the necessary components for optimal strength, healing, nutrition and performance. He is punctual, plans for every visit and always keeps me motivated and on track. He is fun, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I have seen him effectively switch gears in just moments from my workout to help my mother needing physical therapy, my husband with weightlifting, to my teenage son with high intensity/agility. There are absolutely no limits to his client base or his capabilities.

I was matched with Jordan. We have sessions 3x a week. I definitely get what I pay for. He pushes me when I need it and is always very encouraging. All trainers come to you, which is a big selling point for me. Jordan is very skilled at adjusting to whatever equipment we have available. You'll work hard no matter what. Overall, his passion for fitness really shows.

I’ve been training with Danny since Fall 2019 and I have loved seeing the positive results from our sessions. While I have seen weight loss results since working with him, his primary goal/focus is functional fitness. This has worked really well for me in terms of improving my everyday movements and overall physical health. The workouts are catered specifically for the individual and he has a great way of varying the routines/circuits during our sessions. Danny also has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to physical wellness and provides great tips on healthy living.
