Justin brings over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. His expertise lies in corrective exercise & strength training—helping clients get stronger, move more efficiently, reduce pain, and restore their balance. Since starting his career in Hollywood in 2010, he has worked with a wide range of individuals, from those brand new to exercise to high-performing athletes. He takes a movement-first approach that blends weight lifting, mobility, and flexibility with a sharp eye for posture, stability, and functional performance.
As a leader, Justin is dedicated to building a team culture that prioritizes client success, education, and long-term health. His passion is showing clients what’s possible—whether that means improving movement quality, rebuilding strength after injury, enhancing athletic performance, or simply creating a body they feel more confident in. He brings practical knowledge, years of hands-on coaching, and a results-driven mindset to every session.
When he’s not coaching or mentoring his team, you’ll find Justin exploring Austin, playing soccer, enjoying Austin’s live music scene, or outdoors with his black lab, Goose.
